Booking Policies

Appointment only

All visits require a confirmed appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The remaining balance is due at the appointment.

Cancellation

• 72 hours or more before the appointment: no cancellation charge
• 48 to 72 hours before the appointment: no cancellation charge
• 24 to 48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the appointment price is due
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show: 100% of the appointment price is due

If the booking platform's settings require a simpler policy, the same economic intent applies and the final platform policy is displayed consistently here and on the booking page.

Late arrival

Please arrive approximately five minutes before your appointment.

Late arrivals may shorten the available experience so the following guest is not delayed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be canceled. The full reserved appointment price remains due.

Ending an appointment

You may end an appointment at any time. Once an appointment has begun, the reserved time remains payable.

Gratuity

Gratuities are optional and always appreciated.

Gift cards

HAIRPLAY.LA gift cards have no expiration date. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. A gift card does not guarantee the availability of a particular date or time.

HAIRPLAY.LA offers a non-clinical, ASMR-inspired sensory experience for personal relaxation. No health, cosmetic or therapeutic outcomes are promised.
