Please contact us before booking if you have:

• Active skin or scalp irritation
• Broken skin
• Infection or contagious condition
• Recent surgery or procedure
• Extreme sensitivity
• Known allergies
• Hair extensions or attachments requiring special care
• Another condition that may affect your comfort

HAIRPLAY.LA may postpone or decline an appointment when proceeding would not be appropriate.

Continuous consent

Consent is ongoing, not one-time.

Before beginning and before moving to a different area, B will explain what is about to happen. You can approve, decline or request an adjustment.

You may interrupt, change, pause or end the experience at any time. You never need to justify a boundary.

Fully clothed experience

Guests remain fully clothed. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Gentle back scratching is offered over clothing only.

Personal boundaries

No intimate areas are included. Sexual requests, comments, exposure or behavior are prohibited. Any inappropriate conduct ends the appointment immediately, and the full balance remains due.

Scope statement

HAIRPLAY.LA offers a non-clinical, ASMR-inspired sensory experience for personal relaxation. No health, cosmetic or therapeutic outcomes are promised.

Cleaning protocol

Fresh linens and a new disposable headrest cover are prepared for every guest. Used linens are separated immediately and laundered before reuse. Compatible nonporous accessories are cleaned and disinfected according to their material and manufacturer instructions. The room and guest-contact surfaces are prepared between appointments.

First-visit consent

All first-time guests review and sign a printed consent form before the appointment begins.
