Eligibility

All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Valid identification may be requested.

Nature of the experience

HAIRPLAY.LA offers a non-clinical, ASMR-inspired sensory experience for personal relaxation. No health, cosmetic or therapeutic outcomes are promised.

HAIRPLAY.LA is strictly non-sexual. Sexual comments, requests, exposure or behavior are prohibited and will end the appointment immediately, with the full balance remaining due.

Appointments and payment

Appointments require advance reservation and a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due at the appointment. Cancellation, late arrival and early ending terms are described on the Booking Policies page and apply to every reservation.

Your disclosures

You agree to disclose active irritation, broken skin, infection, recent procedures, extreme sensitivity, allergies, extensions or other concerns that may affect your comfort. HAIRPLAY.LA may postpone or decline an appointment.

Gift cards

HAIRPLAY.LA gift cards have no expiration date. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. A gift card does not guarantee availability of a particular date or time.

Photography

Photos and videos are never taken during an appointment unless you separately provide explicit written permission.
